A Matcha Green Tea Smoothie From Starbucks By: Sharon Pruitt
Recipe: Matcha Green Tea Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 tea-spoon of matcha green tea
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (also possible: 1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt or tofu)
- 2 cups of soy milk

- Mix it up in a blender and enjoy!
Recipe: Green Tea Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1 Tbsp green tea powder
- 3 cups frozen fruit
Instructions
- Whisk together vanilla yogurt and green tea powder. Transfer to blender and add milk and frozen fruit. Process until smooth.
Recipe: “au pif” Green Tea smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp of matcha green tea (local Asian stores) 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (or vanilla frozen yogurt /tofu) 2 cups lightly sweetened soy milk (or 1% milk)

- Mix all ingredients in blender
Recipe: Kiwi & Green Tea Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dr Stuart’s Green Tea Lemon Myrtle (Steep four teabags in boiling water for 30 minutes. Squeeze the bags well to maximise herb content) 250ml Live yoghurt 3 mint leaves – chopped 2 mint leaves for garnish 2 Kiwifruit, peeled and diced Juice of half a lime 1 banana (peeled)
Instructions
- Blend the tea, yoghurt, banana and mint together in a blender until smooth. Add the Kiwifruit and limejuice and blend a short while longer. Garnish with mint leaves and take a sip…it’s smooth, it’s sharp and it’s tangy!
